Shipping & Returns

In most cases, items shipped from Creative Garden Landscape LLC can be returned within 10 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Creative Garden Landscape items can take one week for an item to reach us once you return them. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two business days for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show up on your bank statement. The refund will be processed depending on the refund method you choose.
